Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate.
  • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
  • The gate hours are as follows:
    • Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
    • Saturday: 8am - 4pm
    • Sunday: 8am - 2pm
  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am EST.

Property Access

  • Directions to the house will be provided in your arrival packet at the BRMC's North Gate.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Some community amenities and classes are available for a small per-day fee. Additional charges may apply.

  • There is level, paved parking for up to 4-5 small/medium vehicles.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The owners of this home use a Ring doorbell to monitor the exterior of the home. No other cameras are present at the property.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Construction Notice

  • BRMC is an active community with ongoing home construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home.
  • Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm.
  • Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays. The 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week.
  • New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction.
  • Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
